Shelley serves as the Youth Education Coordinator through TerraCorps, an AmeriCorps program connecting members to environmental nonprofits. She graduated from George Washington University in May 2024, studying Sustainability and Criminal Justice. Shelley is passionate about environmental justice and is thrilled to be assisting OARS in expanding their youth education programs both on and off the rivers!
