Callie joined OARS 3 Rivers as the Programs Community Engagement Coordinator in September 2025, serving as a TerraCorps Service Member through the TerraCorps AmeriCorps program. In May 2024, she graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with a dual degree in International Relations and Environmental Policy. After which she worked as an Environmental Educator at the Sound to Sea Environmental Education Program in Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina. She loved her time by the sea, instilling a sense of respect and curiosity for nature in the next generation. Delighted to use her appreciation for the natural world to make change, Callie is eager to continue to help people foster meaningful relationships with nature around them. Whether it’s through citizen science, environmental stewardship, water recreation, or environmental education, Callie is thrilled to use her passion and experience to advance OARS 3 Rivers’ programs.

OARS SEEKS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

OARS seeks an Executive Director to lead one of Massachusetts’ most respected watershed organizations at a pivotal moment for river health, climate resilience, and environmental equity. With a strong foundation of science, partnerships, and community trust, OARS is well-positioned to expand its impact in the coming decade.

 

Working closely with a committed Board of Directors and a talented staff team, the Executive Director will serve as OARS’ chief executive, strategist, fundraiser, and public ambassador—guiding the organization as it deepens its programs, broadens engagement, and advances bold, science-based solutions for watershed protection.
