Isabel is joining OARS as one of the TerraCorps Service members, an AmeriCorps service program focused on conservation, food justice, and sustainability work. Her efforts as the Community Engagement Coordinator will aim to expand OARS’ River RATS initiative—a new volunteer project providing accessible paddling opportunities in our watershed. In May 2024, Isabel graduated from Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies. She has always been passionate about protecting our natural environment and is looking forward to the upcoming year at OARS!
