MaRTY Moran

July 29, 1940—March 21, 2021

When Marty Moran moved to Hudson in the early 1970s, he was troubled by the condition of the Assabet River and sought to make changes. For the rest of his life, Marty was a steadfast steward of local rivers and wetlands through his volunteerism, board service with OARS, and public service on the Hudson Conservation Commission. Marty left a legacy gift to OARS so that it may continue its important work and future generations may continue to benefit from clean rivers.
