Nick Karmelek

Board Member

Nick lives in Southborough with his wife and three kids. He has an MBA from Bentley, a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst; he has a wealth of financial management skills, along with certifications & degrees in finance and accounting. He currently serves as Executive VP and Chief Risk Officer at Avidia Bank in Hudson, an OARS sponsor. Nick serves on a local youth sports board and is passionate about outdoor recreation and stewarding the natural environment. He is looking for ways to contribute to organizations that help enhance access to outdoor recreation and improve the environment. He spends time on the Sudbury River in Hopkinton fishing with his kids and is knowledgeable about the history of our watershed.
