Rob has been the Executive Director at OARS since 2026. He is a non-profit executive with more than 15 years’ experience in leadership roles across academic, environmental sustainability, fundraising, and civic partnerships. In addition to his academic background, Rob has served on a number of local non-profit boards including the Concord Museum, Freedom’s Way National Heritage Area, the Robbins House, and the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education. His service to the Town of Concord includes terms as Co-Chair of Concord’s 250th Executive Committee, past chair of Concord’s DEI commission, and member of Concord’s Historical Commission. Rob brings significant strategic planning, organizational capacity, and policy experience to OARS.
When not in the office or exploring our rivers, you can find Rob running on any one of the numerous trails or mountains across New England. Rob lives in Concord with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs.
