Vibrant Matter is the inaugural exhibition at the Future Guitar Museum in Concord, MA, bringing together intergenerational artists exploring vibration, life force, and resilience on a damaged planet. Inspired by the book “Vibrant Matter, A Political Ecology of Things” by Jane Bennett, this artist-organized show considers how energy moves through matter—metal, clay, sound, and water—and asks how our work can help us resist and reconnect. Works include kinetic sculptures, hydrophone recordings of beavers, and elemental pieces attuned to the rhythms of a sentient world.
