OARS Launches Search for Executive Director

OARS has launched a nationwide search for a new Executive Director to guide the organization as we pursue our mission to protect, improve, and preserve the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River watersheds for all people and wildlife.

Alison Field-Juma, the current Executive Director, announced her pending retirement in a special e-mail message sent to the OARS community on August 18, 2023. Alison plans to retire in June of 2024.

To replace Alison, OARS seeks a mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization in restoring the health and building the resilience of the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord River watershed in MetroWest/Central Massachusetts for all people and wildlife.
